Pain - His teleport attack is simply amazing. This causes him to do well in almost every matchup having only very few bad matchups. Kakashi - Kakashi rose from A to S tier because he has so many good tools that he can deal with almost every situation. Killer Bee - I originally placed him at Broken tier but I decided to place him a bit lower because I feel auto-aim attacks may give him a hard time. Orochimaru above Konan - Orochimaru has a better long ranged auto-aim attack than konan due to its larger size and his projectile is much better since it has better range and can perform a glitch where it can be stuck in place which causes him to do better in certain matchups than Konan. He already has good tools such as a good projectile and an approach option than can plow through projectiles and be used as an out of block option, but he needed 1 more thing to be good, which he finally has. Ichigo has a KJ > J > J > J > SU > U > SL (before the projectile comes out) > repeat which REALLY makes him a good character now. Ichigo (Bankai) - There is 1 reason I placed him many tiers higher than in my previous tier list: I discovered a new infinite.
